Celebrations for Club of the Year - Open Day

We are thrilled to announce that Cullaun Sailing Club has been awarded Club of the Year by the Irish Sailing Association. This is a huge honour that recognizes the passion, dedication, and spirit of our members and volunteers.  This is a culmination of all the hard work that has been put in  over the last number of years and To celebrate this fantastic achievement, we’re hosting a special event at the club and you’re invited!

Join us for an afternoon of fun on and off the water, as we showcase the incredible talents of our sailors and unveil our exciting new additions that we have purchased with the help of Funding from the sports Capital Programme:

We have a brand-new Whaly 435 safety boat,  and three New Hartley 12 training boats to support our growing community of learners and young sailors

Whether you're a seasoned sailor, a new member, or just curious to see what makes our club so special, we’d love to see you there to celebrate together!

Light refreshments will be served, and there’ll be opportunities to try out the boats, chat with members, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of Cullaun Lake.  You will also have the opportunity to go Try Sailing Weather Permitting so keep an eye on our facebook page to book a slot at that.  We are especially looking forward to meeting old members that havent been around for a few years.
