The Mirror Dinghy Southern Championships @Cullaun

18-jul / 19-jul 2026

LOCATION Cullaun Sailing Club

CullaUn,

Kilkishen,

Clare

The Mirror Dinghy Southern Championships will take place over 2 days this weekend at Cullaun.

We are very excited to welcome the Mirror fleet.

Call down and visit the club there will lots of activity on and off the water.

The Mirror Dinghy is one of the world’s most popular and iconic two-handed sailing dinghies, famous for its distinctive red sails, flat pram-bow, and highly accessible design.

The Mirror dinghy is uniquely designed for all ages, from young children to older adults, but it is most prominently sailed by juniors aged 10 to 15. Because it is a highly stable, double-handed boat with a deep cockpit, it serves multiple age demographics across casual pottering and competitive racing
